[ASIFA is the Association Internationale du Film d' Animation. ASIFA-East is the Eastern U.S. chapter of ASIFA, based in New York City.]

For this program we'll show the winners of the 2006 ASIFA-EAST competition including David Chai, Igor Kovalyov, Bill Plympton, Skip Battaglia, Dancing Diablo and Sean McBride. ASIFA was founded in France in 1960 to promote the art of film animation and continues to turn out cutting-edge work in its competitions.
