Entry deadline is
February 13, 2004.
Only works completed after January 1, 2002 are eligible.
Submit initial entry on VHS (NTSC) tape. If selected, you
will be contacted to submit highest quality format (i.e.,
16mm, Super-8, miniDV, DVD, etc.) for JRFF screening.
Enclose $25.00 non-refundable entry fee with each submission.
Make check payable to “James River Film Festival.”
Include an entry form for each submission.
Enclose press materials if desired: filmmaker’s bio,
cast and credits, photo stills, background information, reviews
or awards. These items will not be returned.
Label tape with your name, film title, address, telephone
number and running time.
Include return label and postage if you want JRFF to return
your tape.
Include a self-addressed, stamped postcard, if you want JRFF
to verify receipt of your entry. All entries should be insured
for your protection.
Notes: If you are
submitting more than one entry, you must enclose a separate
entry fee, form and additional materials for each entry. Entry
forms may be downloaded from our website or photocopied
from an original. Collect or COD entries will not be accepted.
