FLICKER.
Pays Tribute to the Brilliant Career of Kodachrome 40
(super 8 movie film)

In May, Kodak announced plans to discontinue production of the venerable Kodachrome 40 Super 8 movie film. Media arts organizations and film enthusiasts worldwide are reacting to the news with petitions, protests and events to bid farewell to a color film favorite. At RMIC, we elected to express our sentiments to the public and Kodak by dedicating the September FLICKER program to the brilliant career of Kodachrome 40 Super 8.
