FLICKER
is a bi-monthly screening of short films by Richmond area
filmmakers. Submissions must originate on film (Regular 8,
Super 8 or 16mm) and be under 15 minutes in length. Films
transferred to video are accepted.

When you
submit a film to a FLICKER near you, let them know if you
would like it to be submitted to the other
FLICKER Fests. Your film could go on tour around the country
in a matter of 2 or 3 months. It's the start of a great distribution
system.
